  16. Co.; from quadruple-bypass surgery; in Bel-Air, California.
  17. Eisner entered Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after
  18. doctors discovered coronary blockages. The incident sent a scare
  19. through the halls of Disney, still adjusting to the loss of
  20. corporate president Frank Wells in an April helicopter crash.
  21. Eisner will be running the kingdom by telephone for the next
  22. several weeks.
